Café Racer started from a simple idea: put the best of Sanremo technology into a light and rigid chassis, like a café racer motorbike. The frame is exposed and the side panels can be transparent, coloured, wooden or leather.
Inside works a multiboiler system with four PID temperature control points. The 300 l/h volumetric pump keeps pressure constant even when all groups brew at the same time.
In 2018–2020 Café Racer was the official machine of the World Latte Art Championship and World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship finals. Today it works in cafés from America to Australia.

How do the Café Racer versions differ?
Not in technology. Naked, Freedom, Black & White, Full White, White Wood or Dolomiti have different panels, colours and materials. The Custom version lets you design the look for a specific venue.
Is Café Racer suitable for a busy café?
Yes. The 300 l/h pump and separate group boilers are designed for all groups working at once. For very high volume we recommend the 3-group version.
Can I order my own colours?
Yes, the Custom version lets you choose sides, colours and materials. Lead time and cost are given in the quotation.
