Nine espresso machines: from the single group Cube to Opera 2.0 with pressure profiles. Choose a family or compare all models in the table.
A separate coffee boiler for every group: stable temperature and full control of extraction for specialty cafés and roasters.
A gear pump on every group, pressure profiles and the CDS system. Sanremo’s flagship.
Multiboiler with four PID points, 300 l/h pump and the widest choice of finishes.
A separate boiler for every group, ±0.2°C and a touch screen.
One large boiler: simpler construction, plenty of steam and a lower price. For cafés, restaurants and hotels.
One 316L steel boiler and a Hybrid circuit with group temperature control.
12 or 18 l boiler, SR 61 thermosiphon groups and the F18 look.
Heat exchanger, 316L boiler and a 53 cm wide Compact version.
Compact machines for home, office, small venues and roasteries.
A single group machine from the D8 platform: 4 l boiler, Hybrid and 230 V.
Two boilers, extraction profiles and the Paddle lever in a compact body.
The smallest Sanremo: 1.9 l boiler, Wi‑Fi and 8 colours.
The key differences in one place. Full technical data is on each model page.

Data according to Sanremo catalogues 2023 and 2026. Boiler volumes are given for successive versions (e.g. 2 / 3 groups).
With lower volume Zoe or a 2-group D8 is usually enough. Specialty cafés choose D8 PRO or F18 because they allow a separate temperature on each group. For high volume and specialty coffee Café Racer works well, and roasteries choose Opera 2.0 with pressure profiles.
In a multiboiler machine (F18, Café Racer, Opera 2.0) every group has its own coffee boiler, so group temperatures are independent and do not change when steaming milk. A single boiler machine (D8, F18 SB, Zoe) is simpler, cheaper and less costly to service.
It depends on the number of coffees at peak time, not the daily average. A small café usually works with 2 groups. With queues and more than 300 coffees a day consider 3 groups or two stations. Zoe Compact fits 2 groups into 53 cm when the bar is short of space.
The Tall version has higher spouts, so a tall mug or glass fits under the group. On Zoe it is 140 mm instead of 83 mm, on D8 144 mm instead of 91 mm.
