three versions, one set of burrs
The SR 64 family includes three on-demand grinders with 64 mm flat burrs and a 350 W motor: SR 64 OD, SR 64 OD EVO and SR 64 OD EVO PRO. All grind straight into the portafilter and have micrometric ring adjustment.
EVO and EVO PRO have a touch screen and can be fitted with PVD-coated Red Speed burrs. EVO PRO also has a removable grinding chamber.
SR 64 pairs well with single and 2-group machines in smaller venues, and with Cube and YOU at home.

Which SR 64 version should I choose?
SR 64 OD is enough when you set the dose once and rarely change it. EVO has a touch screen and programmed doses. EVO PRO adds a removable grinding chamber that makes daily cleaning easier.
Is SR 64 enough for a café?
For a smaller café or as a second grinder for another coffee, yes. For high volume we recommend SR 83 OD with 83 mm burrs.
