01 General
These terms set out the rules for using sanremopolska.pl. The site is informational and is used to contact people interested in buying, leasing or servicing Sanremo espresso machines and grinders. No sales contracts are concluded through the site.
02 Contact form
Sending the form is free and does not oblige you to buy. We reply to enquiries on working days. A quotation prepared after contact is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code until we confirm it in writing.
03 Product information
Descriptions, photos and technical data come from materials of the manufacturer, Sanremo Coffee Machines S.r.l. The manufacturer may change specifications and design without notice. The final configuration is confirmed in the quotation.
04 Copyright
Sanremo and the model names are trademarks of Sanremo Coffee Machines S.r.l. Product photos belong to the manufacturer. Copying the content of the site without permission is prohibited.
05 Technical requirements
A current web browser with JavaScript enabled is all you need to use the site.
06 Contact and complaints
Comments about the site can be sent through the contact form. We will reply within 14 days. The Polish version of these terms prevails.
