SR 83 OD grinds coffee straight into the portafilter, one dose at a time. 83 mm flat burrs and a 650 W motor handle high volume well.
Grind size is set steplessly and micrometrically with an adjustment ring. The touch screen lets you programme single, double and triple doses by grinding time and shows statistics.
Red Speed burrs with PVD coating are available as an option: they grind more evenly and last longer. SR 83 OD PRO has a removable grinding chamber that is easy to clean.

SR 83 or SR 64?
SR 83 has larger burrs (83 mm) and a stronger 650 W motor, so it is better for high volume. SR 64 with 64 mm burrs is enough for a smaller venue, office or home.
What does the PRO version add?
SR 83 OD PRO has a removable grinding chamber. It is easier to clean and quicker to service.
